Your Tasks
* Target Setting and Monitoring of MMS Group Loyalty Targets and Objectives
o Set and monitor MMS Group loyalty targets and objectives in collaboration with all countries, finance teams, and relevant stakeholders
o Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on an international scale to gauge the effectiveness of loyalty programs
o Conduct comprehensive analysis of achievements, meticulously dissecting data to identify trends, areas of underachievement, and overachievement
o Generate actionable recommendations derived from in-depth analysis of KPI performance to drive improvements in loyalty program performance
o Collaborate closely with Country Managers to implement improvement measures, fostering cross-functional alignment and synergy across international markets
* Analytics Ownership and Gatekeeping
o Oversee the maintenance and optimization of loyalty dashboards, ensuring they meet stakeholder requirements and are user-friendly
o Act as the primary gatekeeper (m/f/d) for all standard and ad hoc analyses originating from the international loyalty team to analytics, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
o Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing analytical capabilities and driving continuous improvement in data-driven decision-making processes
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
* Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving actionable insights through data analytics
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including but not limited to SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel functions is a big plus
* Strong analytical mindset coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders
* Fluency in German as well as English
