About the role: As an HR Working Student, you'll be a key player in our People Operations Team, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Write and send reference letters, ensuring accuracy. Process employee requests via Jira ticketing system. Manage filing systems, mail processing, and maintain digital records. Draft letters, contracts, and other HR documents as required. Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports. Familiarity with Gmail, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Ledgy, Leapsome, and other office software is a plus. Support the team in various HR projects and initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. While remote work is an option, you will also have the opportunity to engage with the team in the office 2 days a week. About you: Currently Enrolled Student: You have a few semesters ahead of you and are studying a business-related field. Backgrounds in finance or tech are also welcome, provided they are not too specialized. Detail-Oriented and Precise: You are meticulous in your work, ensuring accuracy and maintaining confidentiality in all HR-related tasks. Good Communication Skills: You are comfortable communicating with team members and employees in English, all other languages would be a plus First HR Experience: Previous experience in HR or People & Culture roles is a plus but not required. You are willing to learn and adapt quickly to our dynamic working environment. PC Knowledge: Familiarity with Gmail, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Ledgy, Leapsome, and other office software is a plus.
