The major function of this position is:
To provide outstanding administrative support to accounts and field sales representatives combined with an emphasis to establish and maintain account relationships with Maui Jim customers.
The essential responsibilities and duties of this position are:
1. Set customer satisfaction as the number #1 goal throughout all assignments.
2. Promote process improvement initiatives. Make recommendations on how to improve customer service and efficiencies to WOW everyone.
3. Input all mailed, faxed and phoned orders on a timely basis to ensure company expectation of in by 2 out by 5 is achieved.
4. Review, process and set up all new accounts in SAP within 1 day. Ensure all paperwork and information is correct and complete. Check and execute all master data changes in SAP and support master data maintenance.
5. Work with various Maui Jim departments to trouble shoot shipping problems, credit issues and entry errors.
6. Maintain a high level of account service, projecting a professional image, within respective regions to maximize production, working in coordination with designated outside field sales representatives and customer service for all Maui Jim products. Ensure customers receive current information and materials on all Maui Jim processes and procedures including RX.
7. Deal with consumers regarding online orders, complaints, returns and general questions.
8. Handle special requirements of Travel Retail and Key Account Customers.
9. Order all supplies and information necessary to service new and existing accounts. Perform routine daily, weekly, and monthly department support tasks as required.
10. Send all marketing and sales related material and letters to accounts and field sales representatives as required.
11. Supply Reps with all materials required for trade shows and clinics. Maintain variety of reports including show information detail and new account set-up.
12. Process Sales Rep. allocations.
13. Provide additional B2B and B2C account support as requested or required.
14. Translation assistance with marketing, PR, advertisement materials, and accounts receivable.
15. Assist sales reps with presentation development and translation.
16. Contribute to team projects & dpt. strategic plan by exchanging ideas and opinions.
17. Draft various reports occasionally requested by Sales Manager or OM.
18. Perform other work-related tasks as requested or required.

19. Ability to key data into a computer for extended periods of time.

22. Ability to communicate in a variety of business settings.

Desired Qualifications:
As a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position:
24. 4+ years of advanced customer service experience. College coursework is preferred.
