The Manager Regional Service (f/m/d) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for ensuring the long-term satisfaction of our customers and employees, for optimizing organization and financial results of the geography he/she’s responsible for, and for developing the skills of the teams under his/her responsibility.
This position is part of the Service Department located in Central Germany and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Service Organization and report to the Director Service DACH and France responsible for driving Service as a profit center building on long-term customer satisfaction and developing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Lead a team of Field Service Engineer
* Ensure planned and unplanned activities at customers’ sites
* Ensure compliant execution and reporting of Service activities
* Collaborate with other Service manager and Regional Sales manager to define strategic and tactic actions to improve customer satisfaction
* Drive Service P&L for his/her geography
* Drive customer satisfaction by building robust partnerships with customers
The essential requirements of the job include:
* Significant experience in Service roles or management roles in customer facing environment
* Communication skills and experience in negotiation
* Fluent in German and English
* Driving organizational or process changes
* Full remote and itinerant
* Basic finance with P&L understanding
* Excel
* Travel 70%
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
* Previous experience in medical device/IVD/Life Sciences
