Robert Vos are working with a leading Medical Device Manufacturer specialising in the Anaesthesia & Respiratory space.
As an Area Manager in Clinical Sales, you'll serve as a trusted clinical advisor, building relationships and driving improvements in patient care across your designated region.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and expand relationships with existing customers.
* Meet or exceed sales targets by aligning strategies with company goals.
* Conduct regular customer meetings, addressing their needs effectively.
* Analyze sales data using Salesforce and Power BI.
* Identify growth opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
* Lead product training sessions and participate in industry events.
* Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Requirements
* Strong sales skills, business acumen, and negotiation confidence.
* Excellent communication and networking abilities.
* Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, Outlook, and Excel.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
* Valid driver’s license; English skills are a plus.
* 5 years nursing or sales experience within acute care/ anaesthesia/ respiratory
