We are seeking a new team member to enhance engagement with existing customers while also fostering new relationships, specifically within public sector accounts. Your role will involve boosting adoption and retention rates. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving market expansion and leading with core optimization and services, focusing on delivering high-value solutions. Your responsibilities will also include: Acquisition of new customers, whilst building and maintaining trusted, long-term relationships Managing and tracking a pipeline of opportunities to meet quarterly targets, ensuring accurate reporting within the CRM system Expanding our customer contact base and driving sales using our services and vendor solutions Initiating sales-promoting activities in collaboration with relevant business owners at Crayon, while closely working with other departments Actively participating in tenders, including the handling of calculations Your Competencies: 5 years of experience as an Account Manager or similar sales role Previous experience in the technology industry, specifically in cloud services/software sales High level understanding of software licensing from leading vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe etc. Specialist knowledge of the public sector ecosystem About You : You possess exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal Your proactive self-motivation, combined with strong time management skills and a positive, results-driven attitude, fosters effective teamwork and drives successful outcomes You have a deep technical acumen, coupled with the ability to translate this into business requirements What’s on offer?
