Operations Manager (gn*)
Your Tasks:
* You will be responsible for the overall management of production and manage 5 direct reports with a clear target-orientation.
* You will consistently implement performance management and personnel development in production.
* You will develop the annual programme, set production targets and continuously monitor their status.
* You optimise production processes in terms of quantity, quality, deadlines and costs.
* You will expand visual shop floor management and initiate targeted improvement programmes by analysing KPIs.
* You will actively support and advise on the introduction of new processes, technologies and sustainability initiatives.
Your profile:
* You are an engineer (Master's degree, diploma or comparable) and have more than 3 years of management experience in the management of complex production units with more than 50 employees.
* With your strategic and solution-orientated thinking and strong commitment, you master challenges and successfully shape change and transformation.
* Your in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean production and process optimisation are valuable assets.
* You are characterised by strong communication and interpersonal skills and are actively committed to diversity and inclusive thinking.
* Proven experience in operational excellence projects and matrix organisations as well as practical knowledge of management systems such as ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 round off your profile.
* Fluency in German and English completes your skillset.
