Mostly Remote - 2-3 Visits to the office per month Your Tasks As our Finance & Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing our Accounts Payable processes, ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations. Your key responsibilities include: Invoice Management & Compliance: Oversee the allocation and verification of incoming invoices to ensure they comply with German accounting standards and tax regulations. Manage the allocation of delivery dates for accurate accruals and financial reporting. Payment Processing: Prepare and manage payment batches via MOSS, oversee the approval of invoices, and ensure proper governance for all payment processes. You will also handle tasks related to reconciling supplier accounts and tracking payment schedules. Financial Administration: Manage credit card payments, allocate costs to the correct accounts, and collect and organize receipts for proper documentation and compliance. Supplier & Account Reconciliation: Work closely with suppliers to ensure proper payment and resolve any discrepancies in billing or account statements. Your Profile You have at least 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance roles. A degree in Finance or a related field is required, though we value practical expertise just as much. Professional working-level German is a plus English is essential for this role. Experience with DATEV and a solid understanding of German accounting standards is required. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial processes.
