Since we started our journey to build a no nonsense 4X4, we’ve come a long way. We’ve established INEOS Automotive as a serious contender in 4X4 development and manufacturing. We’ve partnered with some of the biggest names in the automotive industry. We’ve made our way from vision to prototype. We’ve secured a world-class production facility and delivery team. We’ve delivered customer Grenadiers to customers all around the world. We’re building our double cab pick up, the Quartermaster. We’ve started work on our Chassis Cab. And we’re planning future BEV and Hydrogen models

The Sales Operations Coordinator will support the Regional Business Manager in the overall management of this successful region. This includes the preparation of studies, analyses and presentations as well as back-office administration required to keep the region organised and manageable.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Coordinate and manage sales operations activities across diverse European locations, fostering collaboration, transparency, and operational efficiency
* Oversee the vehicle sales process in SAP, managing the customer order journey from order placement to invoicing and registration, ensuring efficiency through proactive reporting and urgent action calls
* Create, manage, and optimize detailed sales reports and dashboards using Excel/PowerBI, enabling real-time tracking of KPIs and critical data for effective decision-making
* Manage ongoing tasks and projects, including the sales volume planning cycle and vehicle stock management for European markets, using SAP, Power BI, and Excel
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and improve operational integration
* Support regional business and after-sales management, on regional strategic and operational topics
* Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions on sales processes and SAP, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement among team members
* Supporting the Marketing & Event Management team on marketing and communication topics (strategic and operative)
* General back-office support and office admin
What we are looking for:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or relevant apprenticeship with work experience
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment, ensuring timely execution
* Strong analytical skills with experience in SAP, and Power BI for data analysis and insights
* Fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus
* Advanced proficiency in Excel for analysis, reporting, and presentations
* Openness to learning and adaptability to new tools, processes, and challenges
* Organizational and project management abilities
* Positive team player, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile to support the team's success
