Forward Earth's Customer Success team ensures our customers fully understand, adopt, and achieve maximum value from our platform, guiding them seamlessly through data collection, reporting, and compliance processes. About the Role We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to lead the successful onboarding, implementation, and continued adoption of our carbon accounting and sustainability reporting platform. As the key point of contact and trusted advisor, you will autonomously manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring they smoothly integrate our SaaS solution into their workflows, optimize their emissions tracking, and confidently navigate complex sustainability regulations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, operationally-focused individual who thrives in a customer-facing SaaS environment and has a genuine passion for sustainability and corporate carbon accounting. Job Requirements Who You Are Operationally Driven: Proven ability to independently build, implement, and continuously refine customer success processes. Customer-Facing Experience: 1-3 years of successful experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in a SaaS environment. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all customer interactions and deliverables. Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills with the capability to simplify complex topics and clearly articulate solutions to diverse stakeholders. Dependable and Autonomous: Highly reliable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple customer accounts with minimal supervision. Sustainability Interest: Strong interest in or prior experience with sustainability regulations (CSRD, ESG) and carbon accounting/emissions reporting is highly valuable. Job Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Customer Onboarding & Adoption: Proactively guide customers through integration, ensuring accurate data collection and effective use of our sustainability reporting tools. Relationship Management: Act as the face of Forward Earth, building trusted relationships, promptly addressing customer questions, and reliably resolving issues. Operational Excellence: Independently develop and refine customer success processes to drive efficiency and enhance customer experiences. Proactive Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes and maximize platform usage. Retention & Growth: Monitor customer health, identify risks, manage renewals, and spot upselling opportunities to drive account expansion. Customer Advocacy: Collaborate closely with Product & Engineering, effectively communicating customer feedback to inform platform improvements.
