Responsibilities:
1. You develop and execute internal communications strategies (including messaging, channels, and formats)
2. You create and deliver the related internal communications content (for example newsletters, intranet content, videos, town hall meetings and presentations)
3. When and as communication tools are developed and implemented, you train our organization on their effective use
4. You ensure a clear and consistent internal communication, which is aligned with company goals and values by collaborating with key stakeholders
5. You monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications and provide improvement recommendations (based on feedback and data analysis)
6. To ensure a relevant internal communication on time, you maintain a content calendar
7. Through communications and events, you promote employee engagement, positive company culture as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
Qualifications:
8. You have successfully completed a degree in journalism, communications, public relations, advertising, marketing or comparable
9. You have collected a minimum of 3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field
10. You combine excellent writing and editing skills with experience in compelling content creation and the delivery across various platforms
11. Strong project and change management skills help you to manage multiple projects simultaneously
12. Across the organization, you are ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders
13. You enjoy to train and communicate best practices, including digital content development, SEO, PR, and social media
14. Your Microsoft 365 skills as well as your cultural sensitivity and fluency in German and English rounds off your profile
