The Role As a Vertical Marketing Manager for Healthcare you will be creating marketing strategies and content targeting Buildings customers in the Healthcare industry globally, reporting into the Head of Marketing for Verticals & Sustainability at Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings. Your new responsibilities Own & develop the marketing plan for the vertical incl. metrics and budget planning, collaborating closely with the Vertical Head, our Technical Units, Countries, Communications and your peers in Offer Marketing Ensure planning is in line with overarching Go to Market strategy Articulate value proposition and strategic narrative and position our portfolio for Buildings in the Healthcare industry (e.g. for hospitals) Lead & design the strategic narrative providing guidance to demand generating and Sales teams Ideate & craft battle cards and use cases on real life customer challenges Create compelling, customer-centric content that can be used in an omnichannel and multipurpose approach for digital assets, Sales collateral, whitepapers, event storylines etc Leverage market, customer and competitive insights as a basis for all of the above and where needed ideate, conduct and conclude on research in partnership with the business to create actionable insights Author and orchestrate a marketing strategy that your peers and countries will be able to translate into campaigns & tactics Ensure Siemens Xcelerator is positioned respectively and be part of identifying opportunities for growth and channelling feedback via established workstreams Apply best practices and benchmarking towards our Marketing activities Your talents and experience What you need to make real what matters: Degree in Marketing, Computer science, business administration, or a comparable discipline Experience in the Buildings industry and related products, portfolio and services knowledge a must have 7 years plus of professional experience in B2B Tech Marketing and proven track record in delivering complex B2B marketing projects on a global scale Ability to translate thought leadership into real customer use cases by understanding both our portfolio, the industry and our customer needs Understanding of concepts, practices and procedures in the Healthcare business Experience in content creation, customer and marketing research and analysis as well as vendor/agency management and have good knowledge of a state-of-the-art Marketing and Sales concepts, practices, metrics, and procedures Knowledgeable in digital demand generation to work hand in hand with partnering teams generating demand Ability to translate thought leadership into real customer use cases by understanding both our portfolio, the industry and our customer needs Strong communication skills and be fluent in English and be able to explain complex topic in an engageable way. Fluent German is a plus.
