Your Responsibilities: Order & Supplier Management : Process and manage supplier orders, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels for the AMS program. Resolve order discrepancies and ensure compliance with agreements. Supplier Collaboration & Cost Optimization : Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers while identifying cost saving opportunities and maintaining strong relationships. Production & Inventory Planning : Develop and maintain a master production schedule aligned with sales forecasts, adjusting plans based on capacity, material availability, and demand fluctuations. Logistics & Delivery Coordination : Enter orders, arrange deliveries, and ensure adherence to freight terms per individual agreements. Quality & Compliance : Schedule and coordinate preventative/corrective actions (RCCA analysis) and ensure adherence to manufacturing and testing standards. Customer & Technical Support : Address routine product inquiries, support technicians in work orders, and manage spare inventory for rented/sold units. Purchasing & Documentation : Oversee procurement, manage purchasing processes, and ensure proper invoicing and documentation. Localization & Process Improvement : Support the localization of product lines in Europe and drive continuous supply chain optimization. Project & Demand Planning : Plan project milestones, conduct post-project evaluations, and collaborate with sales to translate forecasts into supply chain strategies. What You Bring to This Role: Bacheloru2019s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain planning, project management, or manufacturing operations, ideally in a multinational environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to present insights to stakeholders and senior leadership. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools (Excel). Financial acumen, including experience in business case preparation and investment justifications. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Ability to identify and implement best practices from other organizations. Strong industry awareness to stay updated on trends and innovations. Willingness to travel up to 20% as part of the role.
