You take on the role of primary contact and ensure that strong relationships with key clients in the generics market are established and maintained. Understand client needs and coordinate internal resources to exceed their expectations. You develop and implement strategic account plans to expand and secure business opportunities. Lead negotiations, managing contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize profitability. You ensure smooth integration across the pharmaceutical value chain, focusing on regulatory compliance and quality assurance. Collaborate with virtual supply teams to guarantee timely and cost-effective product delivery. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely project execution. Lead project initiatives, managing milestones and addressing potential challenges. Your task will be to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Offer clients insights to support their competitiveness in the market. You ensure adherence to regulatory standards (GMP, FDA, EMA) in coordination with regulatory teams. Address compliance issues and collaborate with quality assurance to maintain product integrity. What qualifications do you need? Hold a degree in pharmacy or business administration or possess a comparable qualification and relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in generics. Managing large accounts and consistently meeting sales targets are part of your day-to-day responsibilities. Possess strong negotiation skills with a track record of negotiating contracts effectively. Exhibit excellent communication skills and a project-oriented mindset. Working with virtual supply teams across various geographies and time zones is something you already experienced in your working life.
