DO SOMETHING AMAZING EVERY DAY - Your new tasks
* You are the contact person for our store team with regard to all personnel-related topics, training and further education.
* You will be responsible for supporting and advising employees on all HR development issues and processes and will develop operational HR strategies in close coordination with the Store Managers.
* Through regular KPI analyses, you will always keep an eye on the HR key performance indicators in the store and develop appropriate action plans accordingly.
* Additionally, you support the Store Managers in areas such as recruitment, hiring, staff scheduling, and vacation planning.
* With proactive planning, you ensure that new employees are successfully onboarded, creating a seamless onboarding experience.
* Furthermore, you will provide training and coaching, for example to increase motivation or on topics such as health & safety.
* In addition, you will work with other HR team members to develop new programs for the training and development of internal employees.

* Experience in retail as a manager and/or trainer
* A degree in business administration or comparable training
* Passion for and enjoyment of personnel development and working with people
* Empathy, assertiveness and strong communication skills
* Structured way of working and organizational talent
* Ability to work in a team, independence and a positive mindset
* Good command of English.
