You will belong to the Global Market Access CoE and drive market access across the organization supporting the global and local teams cross GBU. You will drive Sanofi in ''future proofing'' the payer and access landscape.
As the Health Technology Assessment (HTA) Strategy Head, you will drive HTA strategy, contribute to HTA / value framework development and alignment internally and externally.
Main responsibilities:
You will lead Sanofi efforts on HTA shaping, strategy, and alignment. Responsibilities include:
* Track global HTA trends Monitor HTA organizations, policies, and frameworks to ensure Sanofi is prepared for industry changes
* Lead EU HTA initiatives Coordinate the EU HTA Working Group, manage stakeholder engagement, and align internal teams for effective implementation
* Support scientific dialogues Help colleagues conduct Early Scientific Dialogues with HTA bodies and capture key learnings
* Drive cross functional collaboration Bring together Market Access, R&D, Regulatory, and Policy teams to shape HTA strategies that optimize business outcomes and patient access
* Build internal HTA expertise Lead the Sanofi HTA Network, share intelligence updates, and support country teams in navigating diverse HTA frameworks
* Represent Sanofi externally Be the voice of Sanofi with HTA bodies, policy organizations, and industry forums, developing key relationships with external stakeholders
* Chion industry leadership Drive Sanofi''s presence in HTAi events, shape meeting agendas, and communicate implications for the organization
About you :
Qualifications:
1. Education: Graduate degree in market access, health economics, health policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
2. Experience: 10+ years in pharmaceutical industry, payer organizations, or consulting
3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of market access, health economics, and HTA in drug development and lifecycle management
