Ticket System & Inquiry Management – Handle technical and operational inquiries from our sellers. Campaign Setup & Coordination – Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of retail media campaigns. Key Account Management Support – Prepare meetings, attend customer calls, and handle follow-ups. Data Analysis & Reporting – Create performance reports, sales analyses, and campaign evaluations. Presentations & Documentation – Develop and update marketing materials for our sellers. All-Round Support – Take on a variety of tasks within the Retail Media sector.
