Your Role
1. Collaborate with workstream leads and project managers of the FIT4 program within ZEISS Vision Care and Corporate FIT4 Program
2. Monitor and steer project progress of the workstreams in the global FIT4 program within ZEISS Vision Care
3. Establish project standards, processes and templates for a consistent steering of the program
4. Train and coach the project team in regards of methods and standards within the FIT4 program
5. Drive comprehensive plans and timelines together with Project Managers and Program Management
6. Lead risk assessments and assist in mitigation plans
7. Drive the governance for alignment of specification, standardization and customization needs
8. Drive work packages in functional or regional workstreams where possible
9. Manage project and process documentations
10. Implement process improvements for better practices
11. Reports on the projects status and tracking of project tasks and enable decision making by the program leadership and respective workstream sponsors
12. Ensure a strong communication to all stakeholders
13. Build a deep understanding of ZEISS Vision Care business, processes and systems
14. Build a broad network across functions and regions across ZEISS Vision Care
Your Profile
15. Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
16. 3-5 years as Program Management Officer
17. 3-5 years of experience in Change Management/ Project Management methodologies
18. Experience in leading process change projects
19. Experience in navigating a complex network of responsibilities in a multi-functional, multi-regional program in a corporate setting
20. Project management experience, strong analytics, and proactive approach
21. Ability to manage stakeholders, reduce complexity, and mentoring
22. Strong communication skills
23. A very systematic way of working
24. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and uncertain environment
25. Excellent English skills, German proficiency is a plus
