You will be part of our dedicated in-house media team that will deliver best-in-class media plans for our marketing activities, engage and delight consumers with our iconic brands, and drive business results together with our brand managers.For a start, you will experience our own media academy, where you will learn from experts, participate in trainingto build yourskillsand getready for your career as a media specialist. In this role you will:
1. Execute digital campaigns end to end: incl. campaign design, set-up / implementation, pacing & optimization, and evaluation.
2. Proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance via analyzing, tracking, and optimizing campaigns on an ongoing basis
3. Have full responsibility for campaign reporting, present recap and insights on impact and effectiveness to media planners and brand teams.
4. Work closely in a diverse team, especially with our Marketing Technologists and Brand Managers to enable and deliver a consumer centric data strategy. Understand our data structure, business fit and flows across involved systems.
5. Become the mastermind of special projects related to innovation and digital trial plans.
Job Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE
6. You have or will complete your apprenticeship in Industrial/Media/Marketing Clerkship or a related fieldbefore starting with us.
7. You have passion and high interest for digital and media expertise.
8. You are accountable, independent, organized, curious, dedicated, analytical.
9. You can speak and write fluent German (C1) .
10. You are comfortable communicating in English in your daily work, as the media team is internationally staffed, and the working language is English.
11. You live in commutable distance from Schwalbach im Taunus area and willing to work from the office for several days/week.

17. Head Office Location: This role is based in our Germany Head Office in Schwalbach, which is an easy 15min commute from Frankfurt city center by car or 30min with a regular train connection and free shuttle service from the station to the office. There is free on-site parking.
