As a System Administrator and Technical Support Specialist in our organization, your contributions will be crucial to maintaining our reputation for technical excellence and responsive customer service and ensure internal technical frameworks as well. Your role is essential in supporting our infrastructure's growth and adapting to evolving technology needs. Multi channel support Provide support via phone, email, support tickets, and remote maintenance, ensuring client issues are resolved efficiently. Software implementation support Actively participate in the implementation of our software using tools such as Linux, Ansible, Bash, and Lua, contributing to effective solutions. On-site and remote support Offer support for customer projects, including installation and configuration, ensuring high customer satisfaction. On-site software installation Conduct on-site installations of our software, both automatically using Ansible and manually via terminal, tailored to specific client requirements. Error analysis and correction Independently analyze and correct software and infrastructure-specific errors under customer-specific requirements, enhancing system stability and user satisfaction. IT infrastructure maintenance Maintain and enhance our company's IT infrastructure, including the internal network, virtualization environments, telephone systems, and Office 365 administration. Workflow optimization Utilize your expertise to optimize and automate internal workflows, contributing your innovative ideas to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the team. IT administration Oversee and manage essential IT administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of all systems and technology resources. Professional training or practical experience in IT administration or IT support Proficiency with hardware and software (AVM, D-Link, Supermicro, FreePBX) Experience in working with Linux and applications such as Proxmox, MySQL, Ansible, OpenWRT, Grafana Analytical thinker that collaborates with the team to master challenges Good command of English (at least C1) Preferably degree in Information technology or a similar field or completed training as a qualified IT Specialist Preferably experience in working as technical support Good German language skills are required (at least B2) You don't meet every single requirement, but you are very interested in the position?
