Apply now and start your journey with us Tasks & responsibilities - As Head of Quality for Global Innovation, you will manage an appropriate and efficient Quality oversight for the various sites and functions of Global Innovation (Research, Clinical and Development). - You will have the responsibility to ensure inspection readiness of the sites and functions and resolve challenges together with the local teams. - In your new role you will demonstrate your leadership skills by supporting and leading local and global projects. - Furthermore, you will establish a close collaboration and foster exchange with the local functions and the Global Innovation management team worldwide as well with the Global supply organization. - Your role will also include ensuring Quality compliance, including documentation and quality systems, in line with international regulations (GxP) and Boehringer Ingelheim Quality standards. - As a key member, you will bring in your knowledge to the AH GQLT (Animal Health Global Quality Leadership Team). Requirements - Master degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Veterinary, Engineering, Biology, Chemistry),PhD is an advantage - Long-term operational and/or development experience in a pharmaceutical and vaccine/biotechnology quality (Active ingredient and drug product manufacturing), working experience in Development is an advantage - Ability to provide leadership and to work in a multicultural environment combined with a proven record to develop and inspire people - Extensive knowledge of international regulatory requirements (e.g. FDA/EU/WHO GMP) and experience with FDA regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to work in an international team-working and matrix environment and network across the company - Fluency English (spoken/written), second language appreciated Ready to contact us??
