Job Title Product Owner (m/f/d) Job Description In this role you work with business owners, architects, product management, Q&R and R&D leaders contributing to vision and program backlog, preparing for program increment planning and streamlining the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the respective team(s) throughout the product life cycle. All to ensure great digital solutions are developed for our customers. Your role: Contribute to and review program vision, roadmap and content presentations Prepare and participate in release planning, contribute to program increment planning, program backlog refinement, and preparation / prioritization of portfolio backlogs to continuously synthesize into program backlog and then to team backlog Draft the team’s specific objectives for the program increment Define iterations and stories for the team(s). Build, edit, review and reprioritize the team(s) backlog coordinating dependencies with other POs Hold the primary responsibility for maintaining the story flow, possibly embedded in the agile team(s). Define stories and provide input for user story details and priorities, establish story acceptance criteria, accept stories into the baseline / the final iteration plan. Support team(s) with their story estimates and sequencing. Facilitate and lead sprint planning and grooming sessions Define functional and non-functional requirements as well as the user interface. Identify gaps between current system and client/market needs as well as ensure validation of the system with the client/partner/customer You are the right fit if: 4 years experience as a Product Owner, preferably in the medical device or imaging technology industry Required proof of technical expertise e.g. experience as technical product manager or engineer in medical device domain Strong understanding of CT scanner systems and components, including X-ray tubes, and cooling units Experience in agile transformations / methodologies, team leadership, continuous improvement, lean processes and problem solving Proven track record of generating P&L savings through strategic product lifecycle management activities Working in cross-functional projects and teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Fluent in English, German is a plus Bachelot od Science, preferably in medical technology About Philips We are a health technology company.
