JOIN OUR TEAM
As a Senior Business Analyst ERP, you will be a key player in bridging Finance and Tech, ensuring seamless financial data management within our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central). You will drive data accuracy, reporting improvements, and finance-tech collaboration, supporting our financial operations and process automation. This position is unlimited.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Analyse and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data within our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
* Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
* Act as the primary interface between Finance and Tech, ensuring seamless data flow across systems and optimizing efficient end-to-end business processes and user flows.
* Lead and manage finance-related Tech projects as Finance DRI in collaboration with Tech product management, including the migration from legacy ERP systems to our new ERP landscape.
* Capture and translate user requirements, plan and oversee user acceptance testing, manage data migration, and coordinate hyper care activities.
* Work closely with Finance teams (Accounting, FP&A, Tax, etc.) to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
* Provide support for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
* Serve as a key contact for auditors on finance system-related topics.
YOU COME WITH
* 5+ years of experience as a business/financial analyst or product manager for ERP systems, preferably in an e-commerce context.
* Technical acumen and strong understanding of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central); experience in managing system enhancements, testing new ERP features, and supporting finance teams through system changes.
* Ability to extract, analyse, and interpret large datasets to improve financial reporting and decision-making.
* Solid grasp of financial concepts, accounting processes, and reporting requirements.
* Passion for bridging finance and tech, streamlining processes, and enhancing collaboration.
* Proven ability to work with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
* Strong problem-solving skills, structured working mode, and a proactive approach to driving improvements.
* Natural leadership skills and the ability to advocate for necessary changes, negotiate priorities, and ensure stakeholders are aligned on system and process decisions.
