Are you a motivated and curious student eager to gain hands-on experience in design, process optimization, and innovation? Join our Design Excellence & Innovation Team within the Brand Department and contribute to data-driven creative strategies, A/B testing, and workflow optimization. This is a great opportunity to apply your design skills, analyze performance data, and support the development of impactful creative solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
* Assist in creating, analyzing, and documenting A/B test variations and results.
* Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of A/B testing workflows.
* Contribute to performance tracking by compiling reports and maintaining data visualizations.
* Translate test results into actionable design recommendations.
* Collaborate with design and marketing teams to optimize creatives based on insights.
* Help research and assess design tools and workflows to enhance efficiency.
* Contribute to developing structured design testing strategies and reporting frameworks.
* Support the organization of design reviews and stakeholder discussions.

Qualifications
* Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Proactive mindset with a strong interest in data-driven design and process optimization.
* Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
* Basic understanding of A/B testing and interest in performance-driven design.
* Some exposure to performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates) is a plus.
* Interest in learning data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Adobe Analytics).
* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus but not required.
* Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to streamline workflows and support process improvements.
