About the job We are looking for a diligent Office Manager to manage the day-to-day running of our Berlin office and support the local and international GRIPS team members. We are looking for someone that is self-reliant, motivated and has an entrepreneurial approach by thinking beyond their immediate area of responsibility. Your mission Be the first point of contact for visitors and team members alike Manage service providers and suppliers – from refreshments to tech equipment Maintain tidy office environment and make improvements where necessary Organisational support for operative positions First point of contact for IT-related enquiries and technical support Support in setting up, configuring and maintaining workstation systems Management of tools, licenses, user accounts and access rights Documentation and tracking of support requests in the ticket system Close collaboration with our IT provider to resolve daily technical issues Track inventory and team travel for insurance purposes Oversee health & safety topics in an office environment Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding Organise team events General administrative tasks (company documentation, incoming mail, filing) Your profile Successfully completed professional training (Lehre) or University degree At least 2 years related work experience in Office Management Relevant professional experience in IT support is a plus Excellent time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills High degree of self-reliability and personal responsibility An open-minded perspective and sense of cultural awareness Fluent English level Professional German level French knowledge is a plus Experience with Windows operating systems, network technologies and standard office applications Knowledge of user management and troubleshooting Experience with an ATS/ HR tool is a plus Experience in a start-up environment is a plus Why us?
