This role is part of the Finish Area/Europe Category Acceleration Pod, in close collaboration with the global innovation team and lead markets. As a key member of this brand team, you will be responsible for leading insights to develop a robust a strong activation plan to be deployed and leveraged across Europe Your responsibilities In summary, you'll be responsibie for the following: Overall: Insights to develop the strategy for their brand and region. Leads innovation pipeline for their segment/brand and region, from Late-Phase Innovation stage to deployment including Validation and Stage-gate Approval for NPD, EPDs and BDIs. Leads creative and comms development & validation end-to-end for segment / brand and region Strategy Define clear 3 Year Strategic Plan for brand and region rooted in insight. Define Activation Roadmap & market clusters to enable Area/Market targets. Innovation Late-Phase Innovation Delivery and Stage-gate Validation for LR for both Product (NPD/EPD), Commercial (BDI) Innovation, ecom and sustainability projects Uncover insights and lead validation for scalable BDIs on POWERBRANDS & Mapped Brands i.e., seasonals and limited editions (existing formulas) Collect Area Business & Consumer Insights along w/ Innovation Performance to feedback into category strategy and innovation (e.g., market opportunity analysis, consumer research) Post-launch research & analysis Creative and Comms Lead insights to develop & identify Creative Idea for activation Lead I&A qualification requirements (incl budgets) and action accordingly across multi markets Expand comms idea across full funnel and evolve concept into concrete creative treatments The experience we're looking for Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research techniques Passionate about understanding human behavior and innovative thinker, always seeking new, efficient ways to drive innovation Independent worker with strong ownership of brand vision and projects Skilled in project management, with a focus on agile, end-to-end project ownership and excellence in execution Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a growth mindset Skilled at turning complex data into actionable insights.
