Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity assessment to negotiations, invoicing, and post-sale follow-up, ensuring alignment with organisational and revenue goals. Required Skills & Experience: A degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or a related scientific field. At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development in the life sciences diagnostics sector (preferred). Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships at all organisational levels. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives. Based in Germany with a willingness to travel as needed.
