Our client is a Tier 1 multi-asset GP. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced IR Analyst or Associate to join their team in Munich, covering their PE strategies.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of relevant experience in investor relations or at a placement agent. The role will involve managing relationships with current and potential investors, mainly in the DACH and Nordics regions, supporting fundraising efforts, and assisting in the creation of marketing and communication materials for investors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing investors by providing regular updates, responding to queries, and addressing concerns.
* Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports and presentations for investors, covering portfolio performance, market trends, and fund strategy.
* Ensure smooth and timely communication with investors, helping to build long-term partnerships.
* Support senior team members during fundraising cycles by preparing materials, conducting research, and tracking investor engagement.
* Coordinate and assist in investor meetings, roadshows, and events.
* Conduct industry and market research to stay informed of trends, opportunities, and investor interests.
* Analyze fund performance data and provide relevant insights to senior members of the IR team.
* Work closely with the investment team to understand portfolio developments and share this information with investors.
* Provide analysis and support to ensure all investor queries are met with accurate and timely information.
* Assist with the organization of investor conferences, roadshows, and annual meetings.
* Support the creation of event materials, including presentations, agendas, and financial reports.
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in Investor Relations at a GP, or experience at a Placement Agent.
* Alternatives experience is highly preferable
* Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
* Complete fluency in English and German
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field from a reputable university.
