Job Responsibilities
* Global sales activities with focus on our Roll-to-Roll vacuum coating machines for flexible substrates
* Developing and expanding our market position – driving the sales strategy of the Market Segment Flexibel - development of long-term partnerships with key customers
* Creating technically complex offers and maintaining customer contact during the offer phase
* Constantly monitoring market developments and trends and assuring input in the organization
* Coordination of sales and marketing activities of the external organization
* Support with project planning and implementation and working close together with the Head of the Market Segment, Product Management and Product Development regarding all 4P marketing activities incl. Product Life Cycle Management
Qualifications
* Successfully completed technical studies, e.g. in Industrial Engineering, Technical Sales Management or Physics
* International sales or product management experience in the vacuum coating business is of advantage
* Business fluent in English; knowledge of German is an advantage
* Trustworthy, convincing and loyal person with a high goal orientation
* Strong customer and market focus and excellent communicator with professional representation skills
* Willingness to travel worldwide
