Your tasks: You make the difference with us.
As (Senior) Product Manager Coffee International (m/f/d) you are responsible for the strategic development, positioning and coordination of the brand and sustainability activities in our international business area. In detail:
1. You will be responsible for the proof of concepts for the countries and interfaces regarding strategic and operational issues.
2. In addition, you ensure that our international portfolio for the brand and our sustainability activities always meet the current consumer needs in our core markets.
3. You will actively manage the product range and develop targeted campaigns to position and support the growth of your brand.
4. The development and implementation of marketing plans for the brand and the respective products are just as much a part of your responsibilities as leading the management of market research.
5. Additionally, you will coordinate our sustainability activities across a range of brands, ensuring that we meet consumer needs and brand-/product-related legal requirements.
6. Your area of responsibility is rounded off by building up a comprehensive global network within the company and liaising closely with our national subsidiaries. As a link between different stakeholders, you will ensure cooperation with the countries and relevant headquarters departments.
Your profile: You keep reinventing us.
7. You have a degree in economics, preferably with a major in marketing or strategic/international management.
8. You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in brand or product management of an FMCG brand and have ideally already worked internationally.
9. You have extensive experience in leading international project teams and can navigate complex organization with ease/ thrive in a complex environment.
10. You have a track record of successfully launching brands or products in a range of markets.
11. Your experience in managing brand-/product related sustainability topics and implementing activities to meet consumer needs and legal requirements makes you stand out.
12. You are passionate about consumer goods brands and are ready to contribute to the future of our brands with creative concepts.
13. You are characterized by strong communication skills, resilience and assertiveness while being a team player. Your strong implementation skills and intercultural sensitivity make it easy for you to work with different stakeholders and round off your profile.
14. Business fluency in English is essential, and additional language skills (e.g., German, Italian) would be advantageous.
