Our clients Düsseldorf team specialise in the SAP and ERP market in Germany, working on both contract and permanent roles. About the Role:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be the key connection between high calibre SAP/ERP talent and exciting roles within the market. You'll handle everything from client acquisition to contract negotiation, gaining full-cycle recruitment skills in a structured yet flexible environment.
You’ll be joining a collaborative, social team with clear progression paths, opening the door to leadership opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
* Sales & business development: Support business growth by identifying new client opportunities and expanding our client presence in the SAP/ ERP market across Germany
* Client relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
* Candidate sourcing: Identify, attract, and shortlist candidates for relevant client roles
* Interview coordination: Manage and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and clients

Ideal candidate:
* Must be fluent in German with a good level of English
* EU right to work
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in a 360 agency recruitment role, and able to demonstrate consistent success. Experience doing both business development and candidate sourcing is vital
* A highly motivated, social individual, with a willingness to learn
* Excellent communication skills and confident with outbound calling
* A competitive nature, as you’ll be working in a fast paced, dynamic industry
