The Group Investment Office within the Wealth Management business line is responsible for BIL Group's investment strategy and its implementation as well as the definition of the investment universe.
The Private Assets Senior Expert is tasked with identifying potential private assets investment solutions through their professional networks or via existing BIL's partners. They are then responsible for conducting due diligence and selecting the most suitable option. The scope of their work encompasses private equity, private debts and real estate. In addition to this, the Private Assets Senior Expert is expected to demonstrate a strong commercial acumen, with the ability to market selected products both internally and to end clients. Furthermore, He/She will be responsible for the management of BIL's private assets vehicles.
Your next challenge:
* Strengthen and sharpen BIL Private Assets Solutions in line with the Bank's strategy, thereby contributing to the differentiation of BIL
* Conduct industry research, perform due diligence, create financial models, develop business cases and create presentations for key stakeholders in order to execute investment and capital raising opportunities
* Structure and manage the Private Assets Solutions in collaboration with support functions and fund servicing stakeholders
* Actively support front officers during client meetings, facilitate co-ordination between different distribution channels and conduct sales initiatives in the view of raising capital (e.g. conferences)
Your profile:
* You hold a master's degree and have at least five years' professional experience in private assets with extensive experience in financial markets and investments
* Strong client- and results-orientation as well as proven negotiation and sales skills
* You are a team player and enjoy working towards common goals
* You are fluent in English, with good knowledge in French. Other European languages will be an advantage
