Ihre Aufgaben
- Responsibility for managing the participants during course enrolment within Learning Management System for virtual and/or in-person training courses
- Regionally liable for coordinating external partners (hotel, catering, transfer, restaurants etc.) in alignment with Healthcare Compliance, legal requirements and policies/SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Managing our training centers
- Responsible for collecting and processing data to report according to our internal processes and external legal requirements in close cooperation with several internal functions and global governances
- Point of contact to communicate with our EMEA colleagues and healthcare professionals in regards to Medical Expert Training preparation
- Supporting administrative processes for our Professional Education department
- Other job duties as assigned
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Experience in commercial education, event management, administrative assistant or similar
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in device / pharmaceutical industry / Event Management, ideally experience in event management in Medical Technology industry or clinical Medical Education
- Experience in coordinating external partners (hotel, catering, transfer, restaurants etc.) also in an intercultural context
- Knowledge of and experience with adult learning principles/platforms, performance improvement, and Learning Management Systems and operations
- Ability to think strategically, critically analyze and synthesize complicated data, scientific, and business information
- Strong consulting, facilitation, and communication skills bridging between scientific and business unit priorities, to manage effective international and cross-divisional collaboration
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to complete writing assignments in a timely manner with minimal oversight
- Successful track record of managing and balancing multiple projects with overlapping timelines in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Track record of successful partnership & collaboration with key stakeholders and business partners
- Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Experience working in a global cross-functional team (functional/matrix) environment and experience working with groups with varied cultural backgrounds and learning styles is required
