Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Jena GmbH is looking for a Finance Manager / Plant Controller m/f/d.
Major Responsibilities:
9. Preparation of annual Finished Goods standards and rolling quarterly forecasts (RLBE’s) with monthly reporting of actuals v forecast.
10. Provide financial oversight and guidance to site leadership team in the development and delivery of critical KPIs, including GMI (Gross Margin Improvement), Inventory/DOH (Days On Hand), DPO (Days Payables Outstanding), Capital Expenditures and longer-term strategic goals
11. Develop comprehensive tools to support ROI (Return On Investment) and profitability analysis for overall business operations including Capex requests and NPI’s (New Product Introductions).
12. Maintenance and integrity of Financial data and reporting including P&L, Bal. Sheet, Headcount, and Cap Expenditure requests.
13. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of monthly financial information. Provide financial review over site commitments and expenditures to ensure compliance with Abbott Corporate policies and procedures.
14. Ensure all tax returns, declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time.
15. Manage and support the development of 1-2 financial Analysts.
Qualifications:
16. Minimum 5 year experience in Financial Planning, Analysis and Reporting
17. Masters accounting degree or similar accounting qualification
18. Extensive knowledge of the principles, processes and standards for integrated financial analysis and reporting.
19. Strong Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
