The Strategy Manager within Marketing will help accelerate sustainable growth across Delivery Hero’s 70+ markets. 1. You will join the Strategy & Performance team within central Marketing to drive high-impact initiatives that fuel growth across our portfolio of brands
2. You will shape the trajectory of our business by identifying growth opportunities and optimizing our marketing strategies by blending data-driven insights with strategic foresight
3. You will work directly with leadership and marketing teams across multiple global entities to unlock and maximize their potential, for example by periodically discussing their performance and identifying actions for improvement
4. You will work closely with our marketing teams and global entities to monitor performance, define key metrics, and suggest growth initiatives to drive both short-term gains and long-term value creation
5. You will analyze and incorporate best practices from markets to develop strategies that continually raise the bar on growth performance and innovation
6. You will build deep relationships with our entities, acting as a trusted thought partner to enhance their strategic planning and operational execution. Together, you will implement centrally developed initiatives while tailoring them to local market needs
Qualifications
7. 2-4 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking or in a tech company; Previous experience in marketing is not required
8. Exceptional analytical problem-solving abilities. You enjoy using data to uncover insights, have a mastery of Excel, and are comfortable with tools like SQL to drive impactful decisions
9. Experience in developing actionable strategies in complex environments, and easily translating multiple data points into clear, compelling recommendations
10. Proven track record in managing or advising on growth strategies in fast-paced industries
11. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to craft impactful narratives and build trust-based relationships with C-level executives and teams across markets
12. You’re a team player with a hands-on, pragmatic approach, ready to roll up your sleeves to deliver results
