What we look for: You provide comprehensive consulting on Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud implementation, designing tailored business solutions that align with specific customer requirements. You support the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Core Clouds, including project planning, execution, training, and maintenance. You advise international clients on technical, functional, and methodological aspects of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, as well as on Agentforce and CPQ. You provide guidance on data modeling, performance tuning, security best practices, and automation strategies while continuously identifying and resolving system inefficiencies You measure and optimize CRM activities, ensuring compliance with measurement regulations. You occasionally travel to clients and attend offsite events (e.g., Salesforce events). What we require: A university degree with strong academic performance in business, information systems, computer science, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus). At least 2 years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud. Service Cloud & CPQ experience are a strong plus. Salesforce certifications required. A proactive, structured, and data-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership and personal development. A team player with a hands-on mentality, eager to take on new projects and grow. Fluency in English (German is a plus).
