Your profile: University degree in computer science, business informatics, business management or comparable course of studies Knowledge of Commercial services: In-depth knowledge and experience in Commercial operations are crucial for effectively driving digital transformation in these areas More than 5 years of experience in commercial and change management area or technical Project delivery including roles involving complex and cross-functional remit and solid understanding of Commercial functional processes and the solutions and systems Knowledge about industry IT-trends and market development for FMCG / Beverage Industry in the Commercial area and Experience with Data & Analytics in the area of field sales reporting Agile mindset and think out of the box; German language mandatory (C1) Your responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining commercial progress and the adoption of global solutions within the Commercial area as well as the user acceptance in the respective teams. Manages local business priorities and expectations and align BU ABP business demands with central strategy. At the same time drive standardization of business processes, harmonized data platforms and architecture for the Commercial unit to realize synergies and increase overall agility of CCEP BPT.
