Role : Payroll Support Specialist (German) Location : Essen, Germany, on-site Employment type: Contract Remuneration : Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the team with managing inquiries and resolving issues related to payroll. Handle first-level support tickets and respond to employee questions via email, phone, and in person. Escalate more complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. Communicate effectively and promptly with employees to address concerns and prevent misunderstandings. Take responsibility for managing escalations and promoting a positive work environment. REQUIREMENTS Native or fluent in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency. Strong negotiation abilities and high empathy, with the ability to remain calm and solution-focused in challenging situations. Customer-oriented mindset, always striving to find optimal solutions. Strong logical thinking and organizational skills. Willingness to work on-site and collaborate as part of a dedicated team.
