Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead, mentor, and develop the Service Operations team, fostering continuous learning, engagement, and managing 24/7 on-call schedules.
2. Manage cloud and data center operations and ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of the Trust-as-a-Service Platform and Services; implement DevOps practices, automate infrastructure deployments, and drive continuous improvement.
3. Collaborate with global support and NOC teams for timely customer support and incident resolution; ensure compliance with global policies and implement ITIL processes to champion customer satisfaction.
4. Contribute to cloud and data center strategies, support OPEX and CAPEX planning, drive operational excellence initiatives, and meet targets for service quality and efficiency.
5. Manage budgets and costs, implement and maintain CMDB and service documentation, and lead projects to successful delivery within budget constraints.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (master's degree or equivalent experience preferred) with over 5 years of managing service platforms, applications, or infrastructure.
2. Strong proficiency in infrastructure components like Enterprise Linux, Logging and Monitoring frameworks, Microsoft Azure, VMWare, Pure Storage, and Juniper; a solid background in DevOps practices, automation tools, and adaptability to evolving technologies.
3. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing, culturally diverse teams; strong leadership and project management skills with the capacity to motivate and guide teams effectively.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including effective presentation, listening, and interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork.
5. Strong analytical skills for efficient incident resolution and process optimization; customer-centric mindset committed to delivering exceptional service and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
