For our department Purchasing Administration within LuxairAirlines, we are looking for a (an):
Aircraft Warranty & Claims Administrator (m/f/x)
Main duties:
* Submit warranty claims to the manufacturers or suppliers for all aircraft parts failing while under warranty coverage or showing apparent defects in material, design and/or workmanship.
* Reclaim parts and labor associated with warranty repairs performed.
Ensure that other stakeholders of Luxair Technics provide and document the necessary data to successfully submit the claims.
* Pursue remedies offered by airframe and engine manufactures, as well as vendors, for implementing Service Bulletins or Service Letters.
* Claim warranty coverage on aircraft heavy maintenance work performed by external maintenance and repair organizations.
* Process warranty related orders efficiently.
* Establish KPI for warranty management and develop a reporting dashboard to monitor performance. Review the warranty process and suggest/implement necessary adjustments.
* Collect data and maintain up-to-date files on insurance related Accident & Damage claims
Required profile:
Minimum required criteria
* Provide a secondary education or equivalent
Technical knowledge
* Strong negotiating and contracting skills to enforce Luxair's warranty demands.
* Show strong organizational skills
* Be fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Be proficient with standard office applications
* Have a good sense of priorities and attention to details
* Be capable of working independently as well as in a team
* Maintain the strict confidentiality of the data
Desired or to be acquired criteria
* Have a previous experience in aviation environment, preferably with Boeing or Embraer a/c types
* Have good knowledge of EASA Part-145
* Show user skills in the software used in Technics

* Have a previous experience in a similar position
* Knowledge of Luxemburgish or French is considered as asset
