Primary Function: The KRS Business Support Admin contributes to KRS´s eCommerce strategy in growing both eBay channels by actively handling the backend order processing and customer follow up to keep orders on track and maintain the high customer satisfaction rate.
Short Term Results (3 months):
* Trained on KRS business model, value proposition, organization
* Trained on processes and tools
* Given overview and insights on Alternate Channel Sales
* Trained on market understanding and pricing
Principal Duties:
- Manage order backend process from ‘item sold’ to final shipment and customer feedback including:
Send order booking instructions
Follow up booking with CCCs
Coordinate shipment
Shipment/tracking# mgmt.
PayPal refunds
Customer screening
- Post-sales:
Coordinate repairs
Return/credit mgmt.
Finance: map payment to order
Mid Term Results (6 months – 1 year):
* Own backend process for orders
Long Term Results:
* Cooperate with cross-functional teams
* Work on process / quality improvements with CCCs & required parties

* QIN reservations
* Handle service repair/calibration requests
