Position Overview:
The Team Assistant role has responsibility for providing proactive and well organised support across the Zurich and Munich office and a small team of investment professionals.
Responsibilities:
Office Management
1. Supply Management
2. Organization of internal events
Admin Support
3. Expense processing
4. Diary management
5. Travel organization
6. Support with administrative tasks
7. General team support
Board of Directors support
8. Organization of board meetings
9. Compilation of meeting documents
10. Documentation
11. Support with taking minutes
12. Coordination with board members
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The role best suits those who have a hands-on approach, can think outside of the box and are keen to learn. Prior experience in an office environment desirable.
13. Fluent in German and English
14. Experience of providing administrative support in a demanding office environment. Proficient at complex diary management
15. Demonstrates absolute discretion when handling confidential or commercially sensitive information
16. Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
17. One or more years administrative/secretarial experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial or professional services organization
18. Ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple requests and ability to meet deadlines
19. Eagerness to learn and ability to work independently while being a team player
20. Good attention to detail
