Responsibilities:
1. Lead our social media and digital campaigns, the media targeting strategies and bring them to live to create unique user experiences for our brands around the globe
2. Lead a team with two direct reports and the internal transformation to full funnel omnichannel with your focus on social media
3. Implement brand-related activation and influencer campaigns for digital and for social media
4. Establish global media guidelines and playbooks for social media, influencers and embed them into the overall media mixture
5. Be accountable that social and digital campaigns are mirrored on the master website & web
6. Drive analytics (A/B testing, reporting, KPI Dashboard) to highest ROI in Organic and paid Social, as well as with Influencers
Qualifications:
7. More than 5 years of relevant professional experience in consumer marketing
8. Degree in Economics/Business Administration with focus on Marketing
9. Proven Track record in digital marketing, media management and ideally SEO
10. Ability to think in brands, digital trends and the changes of consumers journeys
11. Strong analytical, communicational and interpersonal skills
12. Willingness to travel (10-20%)
