To start shortly, we are currently seeking for our HR department an (Adv.) HR Specialist – Digitalization & Process Improvement (M/F/D) Developing and implementing new concepts, strategies and projects related to digitalization and process improvement of HR processes and systems Implementing SAP SuccessFactors as the new HR system including project management and the creation of related concepts and processes Being the first point of contact for existing HR IT tools and systems with focus on new developments and the handling of technical errors Supporting cross-company projects related to digitalization and process improvement from HR’s perspective Documenting HR workflows and processes (e.g. preparing flow charts) Collaborating with the works council in the areas of responsibility You hold a university degree in business administration, human resources management or comparable. You have at least 3 years of experience ideally gained in the area of human resources. You are advanced in working with SAP SuccessFactors as well as M365 and are familiar with digitalization projects. Your analytical, structured and pro-active working style is a part of your profile. You are passionate about working in a team and are interested in collaborating with people of different backgrounds. You enjoy working in projects and at the same time show a hands-on mentality.
