Hauptaufgaben Automated supply clerk processes all high-priority and routine priority aircraft requisitions. They request, issue, stock, account for and turn-in all Class IX (air) repair parts, special tools, and components as directed by supervisor. Supply clerks maintain logs and files for manually prepared forms. Issue, account for and receive all tools signed out and signed in to the tool room using both manual and or automated Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) processes. Clerk will be required to work various hours in support of operations within the organization. Manages stock records by posting receipts, issues, due-ins, and balance on hand utilizing the authorized Logistics Information System i.e. GCSS-A or Aircraft Notebook (ACN) etc. Maintains the stock records of Bench Stock with accountability and inventory requirements governed by the applicable governing regulation. Assists in administration and inventory accounting of all equipment within the organization. Collects and prepares various reports pertaining to property control and accounting operations. Is required to operate both computer and Logistics Information Systems. Manage the day-to-day operations of the tool room for issuing and receiving tools, for tool accountability and serviceability and for scheduled/preventative maintenance of all assigned tools. Responsible for insuring that all TMDE requirements are met. Makes regular pick-up and turn-in to supply support activity for all assigned DODAACs. Performs other duties as assigned.
