As the Marketing Operations Manager (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in executing Damovo’s marketing strategy, leading high-impact projects across Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, and advanced analytics platforms. This position involves managing the complete marketing lifecycle from budget planning through to performance analysis, ensuring projects align with Damovo’s strategic goals. You will also collaborate closely with Sales Operations to optimise lead qualification, improve pipeline visibility, and support sales enablement through actionable insights and streamlined workflows.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Major Marketing Projects: Oversee large-scale marketing initiatives utilising Salesforce CRM, Pardot, WordPress CMS, and various analytics tools, ensuring effective planning, execution, and reporting.
* Salesforce Campaign Management: Design, manage, and optimise Salesforce campaigns, ensuring proper tracking and measurement of campaign effectiveness while generating insightful reports for performance evaluation.
* Project Lifecycle Management: Manage projects from budgeting and setup in automation platforms to detailed performance reporting, optimising each phase to meet strategic objectives.
* Internal Consultancy: Serve as a consultant within Damovo’s marketing team, refining operational workflows and data strategies to enhance efficiency and results.
* Data-Driven Strategy Development: Implement and continually improve data-driven methodologies to provide actionable insights, supporting the broader strategic goals.
* Streamline Lead Management: Collaborate with Sales Operations to refine lead scoring, improve qualification processes, and ensure seamless handoff from marketing to sales teams. Enable sales enablement through targeted insights, reporting, and integration of marketing activities with sales efforts.
* Mentorship and Guidance: Mentor junior team members, equipping them with best practices in digital campaign optimisation and technical skills for success with advanced marketing tools.
Skills & Experience we are looking for
* Extensive Marketing Operations Experience: Proven track record in managing marketing projects with expertise in Salesforce, WordPress, and data analysis tools.
* Advanced Intelligence & Operative Skills: Demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions, coupled with in-depth technical knowledge in marketing and data analytics.
* Salesforce Expertise: Strong background in Salesforce campaign creation, execution, and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
* Collaboration Expertise: Experience in working closely with Sales Operations to align lead generation and management processes, with a focus on shared KPIs and pipeline performance.
* Leadership & Project Management Skills: Strong project management background, with a record of successfully leading marketing initiatives from start to finish.
* Problem Solving & Communication: Exceptional troubleshooting, communication in German and English language, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex insights.
