Your role We are looking for a strategic Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of Search or Payment functionalities across our platforms. You will drive improvements in search accuracy and relevancy through AI/ML solutions, while also ensuring seamless, secure payment transactions and optimized user flows. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll define and prioritize product roadmaps to enhance both user experiences and business outcomes. Define and prioritize the product backlog to enhance search accuracy, relevancy, and user satisfaction. Collaborate with engineering, UX, and data teams to implement AI/ML solutions for search personalization. Analyze user behavior and search metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for innovation. Product Owner - Payment Oversee the end-to-end management of payment solutions, ensuring seamless and secure transactions. Collaborate with stakeholders to define payment product requirements and roadmap. Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to regulations. Optimize payment flows to improve user experience and reduce drop-off rates. Your profile At least 5 years experience as a (Senior) Product Owner/Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment. Strong domain knowledge in either search syste ms (e.g., Elasticsearch, Algolia) or payment systems (e.g., payment gateways, PCI compliance). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to inform decisions. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar. Likes to work in a Hybrid work set up, as we value spending time together in the office. This position is on-site in Berlin, we don't offer remote work for this position. English full professional working proficiency, ideally German too.
