Roles and responsibilities: Coordination of the development of electronic systems for aviation (passenger aircraft, business aircraft, cabins). Participation in the strategic direction of the department and area. Development and structuring of complex project plans. Collaboration between different disciplines to define work steps and content (e.g. in-service processes). Determine project methodologies and best practices. Monitor and manage project capacities and budgets. Presentation of results to internal and external stakeholders. Leading, managing, and developing technical and disciplinary team members. Qualification: University degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in developing complex electronic systems and components. Mastery of project management, commissioning, or life cycle management. Analytical thinker with a solution-oriented approach and strong consulting skills. Familiarity with aviation processes and development regulations.
