Your Responsibilities
As an Associate Service Technician and Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO), you will be responsible for the safe and efficient flight operations and for coordinating all traffic movements on our offshore platforms DanTysk and Sandbank, located 90 kilometers west of Sylt in German waters. Your tasks include:
* Taking on full responsibility as HLO, coordinating all helicopter movements and ensuring compliance with safety and operational processes
* Ensuring smooth arrivals and departures of helicopter crews
* Coordinating ship traffic (Crew Transfer Vessels, CTV)
* Close collaboration with teams to maintain schedules and safety standards
* Planning and managing transfers, including the preparation of relevant manifests
* Managing the occupancy of the accommodation platform (room allocation for technicians, muster lists, attendance records)
* Providing administrative support to platform management (e.g. maintaining overview lists, updates in MS Office and SAP PM)
* Access control while adhering to applicable safety and security protocols
* Operating offshore cranes or assisting as a Banksman when lifting or moving materials
* Loading and unloading supply vessels
* Supporting maintenance and repair work (e.g., safety checks, regular inspections)
* Participating in the emergency and fire response team, including attending drills
* Using MS Office Suite and basic SAP PM
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Qualifications
Your Profile as an Associate Service Technician and Helicopter Landing Officer
We are looking for individuals with an open, positive, and safety-focused mindset. Ideally, you already have some experience in the following areas, or you’re eager to gain it with us:
* Training/Certification as an HLO or experience with helicopter landing decks
* Training/Certification as a crane operator and Banksman
* Radio communication license and basic knowledge of coordinating flight and vessel traffic
* Experience in keeping accurate records and documentation (ideally using MS Office and/or SAP)
* A technical basic understanding with the willingness to support various maintenance and repair tasks
* Strong communication skills and a desire to work in an international, dynamic environment
* Very good German and good English skills (spoken and written)
* Willingness to work a 14-day offshore / 14-28 day onshore rotation
* GWO training and medical fitness (AWMF)
