We are looking for Internal Accountant (all genders) for our team Part-time: 20h/week Responsibility: Receive and verify invoices in both digital and paper formats Upload invoices to the accounting system with all required details Manage payment due dates and prepare payments by reviewing documentation and requesting disbursements Ensure the accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information Maintenance of up-to-date accounting records and systems Ensure bank payments Assist in the preparation and review of the budget forecast Preparation of financial forecasts and variance analysis Manage the contracts with the service providers Cooperate with the HR Liaise and collaborate with external partners such as Accounting and Tax Offices, Federal Offices / Departments Manage the internal procurement with the support of a working student Based on the Group's approach, ensure the implementation of the various policies and procedures, taking into account local legal requirements Education & Experience: Commercial apprenticeship or related financial/administrative degree Previous experience with the German accounting Hands-on experience with DATEV, SAP, etc. Advanced skills in MS Excel Experience in a global, ideally in a matrix organization Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Detail-oriented, professional, and analytical Strong communication skills and computer literacy Hands-on and can-do attitude Fluent in both German and English What you can expect: Company pension plan (100% financed by the employer).
